RENTAL AGREEMENT
This contract constitutes an agreement
between the Renter and Columbia Property Specialist - Surfside,
Agent for owner. Renter understands and agrees as follows:

1. That whomever's name appears on this contract is
RESPONSIBLE for the actions of all occupants.
|
2. Violation of any of these conditions, will result
in immediate eviction, forfeiture of deposit and all rental monies.
|
3. AGENT MAY ENTER PREMISES AT ANY TIME.
|
|
4. This reservation is LIMITED TO

GUESTS, including children AT
ALL TIMES.

5. Damages are to be reported to Agent immediately.

6. NO parties, and no keg beer. No
Swimming/wading pools on Decks. No BBQ pit or cookers of any kind on
decks.

7. NO RV HOOK-UPS or TENTS of any kind.
|
|
8. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME
ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES.

9. CIGARETTE BURN HOLES, found in carpet, counter &
furnishings. Cost of labor and material. |

CHECKING OUT AT 12:00 NOON: Renter agrees to:
|
|
1. Lock doors and windows when leaving property.
|
2. Put key in lock box. ($100 fee for not turning in key) Call
office 979-239-2959 and leave message upon departure.
|
3. Take out all trash, if can isn't provided dumpsters are at
Jetty Park and across from Valero
($25.00 fee if not done)
|
4. Vacuum, Sweep & Mop (Leave property like you found it
or better! $50.00 minimum fee for excessive
cleaning)
|
5. No dishes or food left in sink, or refrigerator ($25.00 fee for
dirty dishes or refrigerator)
|
6. Make beds-this is required to insure you do not take
blankets or pillows belonging to property ($10.00 fee per bed if not done)
|
LATE CHECK OUT: first hour fee of $100.00 will be deducted from your
deposit, $25.00 every 15 min. thereafter.
|
NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned and management
reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guest or for loss of money,
jewelry, or valuables of any kind. |
