RESERVATIONS

Check-in: 4:00 (Key will be in lockbox at
property)
(Early Check-ins must have
prior approval)
Check-out: 12:00 NOON (Late check-outs will be
subject to a late fee of $100 for first hour,
$25 every 15minutes thereafter NO EXCEPTIONS.)
FEES
Rent: Rates differ per house
Hotel /Motel Tax: 10% of base rent
Deposit: A $200.00 reservation deposit is
required within 7 days of making reservation.
This will be credited to your total
rental rate.
Payment: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. All rentals
are payable by money order
or cashiers check only.
You may pay with personal check ONLY if your stay is
30 days (or more) away. BALANCE OF RENTAL MUST BE PAID
IN FULL
TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
Damage Deposit: A $200.00 damage /excessive
cleaning deposit is due upon check-in.
This deposit is refundable within 10 days of
departure after inspection
and cleaning of premises.
Returned Checks: There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservation: Will be cancelled if deposit is not received within 7 days of date reservation is made.
Refunds: Are made only if cancellation is
received in writing 30 days prior to your arrival date,
or in the event of a natural
disaster or hurricane. A one hundred dollar ($100.00)
processing fee will be
deducted from deposit for ALL cancellations.
MISCELLANEOUS
* All of our beach houses are privately owned. Please report any problems immediately.
* We do not rent to parties or minors.
* We do not supply sheets or towels. ( You may rent these for a fee, please inquire.)
* Each beach house is furnished and equipped for light housekeeping.
* Dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, blankets and pillows are furnished.
* Please bring your own papergoods, lawnchairs, sheets and towels (if not renting for an extra fee.)
* We do not give refunds for furnishings not supplied
or equipment failure, we will do our best to
repair or replace as soon as possible.
DO'S
* Leave house in same condition you found it:
1.) Beds made
2.) Floors swept and /or vacuumed
3.) Take out trash and dispose of in can or at city provided dumpsters.
4.) No dishes or food left in sink, dishwasher or refrigerator
5.) Lock doors and windows
* Make last minute inspections for personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost jewelry, money, etc.
* Check feet for tar and clean before entering house.
* HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME!!!
DONT'S
* Bring or hook-up RV's or Tents or place any type of swimming / wading
pools on decks
* Have keg beer or have any type of BBQ Pit or cooker on deck
* Go over maximum occupancy rule, including day guests (will result in immediate eviction without refund.)
* Bring pets of any kind. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Use BBQ pits on deck. FIRE HAZARD
* Take to beach or put on porch household furniture.
